These are straight from Limited Run Games, but as announced awhile back, the boutique retailer worked a deal with Best Buy to get some of their product in-store. Jan 21, 2019 Super Meat Boy is a tough as nails platformer where you play as an animated cube of meat who's trying to save his girlfriend (who happens to be made of bandages) from an evil foetus in a jar wearing a tux. Our meaty hero will leap from walls, overseas of buzz saws, through crumbling caves and pools of old needles. 10 years after its initial release, Super Meat Boy still holds up as one of the best platform games of its kind. Stages are short and sweet, but the challenge and speed make the game both addicting and highly replayable. Jan 10, 2019 Super Meat Boy was originally intended to get a regular retail release from another publisher in 2018. That didn't pan out, so we stepped in to try and make that happen. Our site Switch schedule is locked tight into Spring, so we had no wiggle room to get this out earlier on our site, but we figured Best Buy would be the perfect avenue to help.
